Sam Stollar is a Vice President leading Octo’s Intelligence and U.S. Air Force business operations. He is responsible for Octo’s National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Air Force, and National Reconnaissance Office accounts where his teams deliver Agile software engineering, cloud-native product development, cloud engineering, and user experience design support. Prior to Octo, Sam was a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where he managed several projects supporting joint requirements development modeling, simulation, wargaming, and analysis for Joint Staff, Combatant Command, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) customers. He has over 11 years’ experience supporting Defense and Intelligence clients where he combines domain expertise, technology, and consulting best practices to support Government IT Transformation. Sam is a Certified Project Management Professional and a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC4). He holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Virginia.
