Sam Stollar is Lead Client Partner for Intelligence at IBM which acquired Octo in 2022. With more than 15 years’ experience, 11 of which were with Octo, Sam is responsible for service delivery and growth within the Intelligence Community and contributes to IBM Federal’s corporate strategic planning efforts. Before integrating into IBM, Sam served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Octo’s Defense and Intelligence business unit. Prior to his tenure at Octo, Sam served as Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where he managed several projects supporting joint requirements development modeling, simulation, wargaming and analysis for Joint Staff, Combatant Command and Office of the Secretary of Defense customers. Sam is a Certified Project Management Professional and a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC4). He holds an M.S. from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
