Jim has over 20 years of experience leading complex programs and building cultures that embrace modern practices such as Agile and DevSecOps. Jim’s experience includes performance on exceptional programs across the federal market place including HHS, Treasury, Transportation, the Department of Defense and select Intelligence Community members. He has enjoyed helping his clients achieve their program successes including accelerated capability delivery and reduced operational costs.
