2021 Virtual STEAM Expo

Last year (2020), we hosted our first-ever Virtual STEAM Expo engaging elementary and middle school students. The event was organized by Octo’s Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee. We received lots of positive feedback about last year’s engagement, so we’ve decided to made it an annual engagement!

The event features a series of live and pre-recorded interactive Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) activities and experiments using household items to encourage and engage students. Activities are led by Octo employees, their children, and a few Octo CSR partners with an interest in sharing their knowledge and love of learning. Resources and recordings of the presentations are available here to extend our reach beyond the live event, for teachers and students alike!
