What is it?

Our ESA Assessment and Roadmap solution evaluates the effectiveness of an organization’s architecture-focused content, policies and procedures, program management and outreach efforts, and governance, and devleops an action plan to move you forward.  We have an assessment that can be used to determine the maturity of your full EA program, or can even be used to determine your readiness for architecture changes related to SOA or Cloud Computing.  We have a comprehensive framework to evaluate the readiness of an organization to effectively implement services.  And we focus on the most critical areas that need to be improved in a detailed action plan.
