    NIH has awarded Octo a GSA Schedule 70 blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for IT services and support. The NIH BPA expedites purchases of up to $500,000 per record of call.  The purpose of the NIH BPA is to acquire supplies, services, equipment and/or hardware that align with the NIH/HHS needs. Services include all those provided under GSA Schedule 70 contract.  The BPA number is HHSN263201100005B.

The IT Schedule 70 allows for choice, flexibility, ease of use and access to the highest quality of IT products, services and solutions from small businesses and industry giants.

  • GSA MOBIS 874

    The MOBIS program offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals.  This Multiple Award Schedule grants clients direct access to our consultants that can thoroughly address the needs of the of the government community through several Special Item Number (SIN)s.  

    Under SIN 874-1, Integrated Consulting Services, Octo offers Program Management, Capital Planning and Investment Control, Project Management Office (PMO) Support, Strategic Consulting Services, and Content Consulting Services.
